Barkatullah University formally knows as Bhopal University has failed to load the Research Degree Committee (RDC) meet for more than 3 years now, and has now affected the research work and new Ph.D. registrations.
According to UGC, every university has to mandatorily implement the entrance exam for Ph.D. programmes, besides this 6 months course was also made compulsory after the extrance test.
